The Jadex project is hosted by
sourceforge.net, a
well-known open-source development website. Therefore, several
project specific functionalities are directly available on
sourceforge. In the following these features will be explained
in detail.
Wiki: The Jadex site has been set-up as a Wiki, which allows
all Jadex users to participate in providing content. To edit pages,
you have to
register at this Wiki.
It might take a short time before edit rights are enabled for your new account.
If you still can't edit pages after a few days, please
drop us a note.
With your account
you can help improving the content or even add new information.
Examples of content we really would like to see emerging
are
teaching material, descriptions about
projects using Jadex and also the
FAQ
(frequently asked questions) section.
Forums:
Two diffent kinds of discussion forums exist. In the
help forum you can post your questions about the usage of Jadex and the
open discussion forum
is intended for all kinds of debates on topics related
to Jadex or agents in general.
Trackers:
There are several trackers, that allow you to
comment various topics. Whenever you found out that something
is behaving odd while using Jadex we encourage you to give us a hint via a
bug report.
If you are using Jadex and realize that there is missing something or have
an idea for an improvement we would be grateful if you let us know via a
feature request.
Mailing List:
The Jadex mailing list (
jadex-develop)
can be used for all kinds of discussion concerning Jadex. We are very
interested in your thoughts about the architecture and further
improvements. You can also browse the
mailing list archive.
